1. Professional Services

We provide Chartered Accountancy services including but not limited to Taxation, Audit, Assurance, and Corporate Consultancy. All services are provided in accordance with the standards set by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

2. Payment Terms

                    All professional services provided by AKASH BHAYANI & COMPANY are on a PREPAID BASIS. Engagement will commence once the agreed professional fee is received in full.
                

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

                    As we provide professional and time-bound services, **NO REFUNDS** will be provided once the professional engagement has commenced or services have been initiated/delivered. Cancellations are subject to the progress of the service and must be discussed individually.
                

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the highest standards of accuracy and professional excellence, AKASH BHAYANI & COMPANY, its partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

                    The total aggregate liability of the firm for any deficiency in service, omission, or error shall be professionally limited to an amount **NOT EXCEEDING THE ACTUAL FEES RECEIVED** for the specific service in question.
                

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely, accurate, and complete information and documentation required for the performance of our services. We shall not be held liable for any penalties or losses arising from delays or inaccuracies in client-provided data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, designs, and logical frameworks (where applicable), is the intellectual property of AKASH BHAYANI & COMPANY or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dwarka, Gujarat.
